In 2004, John Kohel and Adam Resnick teamed up to provide Auto Dealers with the largest selection of the finest products as well as the most effective and profitable training, development, and sales systems available.

With over 40 years combined experience working with and for auto dealers, Team Northland has excelled at increasing the profitability and customer satisfaction for our Dealership partners/customers. We consider ourselves students of the business and continue to learn, improve, evolve and bring innovating ideas to the field and industry.

Together, Team Northland has grown into one of the largest providers in the midwest and has won many industry awards including CNA National's as one of their Top Producers in the Nation every year since 2007 and the Pacesetter Award in 2005.

Adam has worked as an automotive Salesperson, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Director, and General Agent. Adam is also a pioneer of menu selling software.
