In 2004, John Kohel and Adam Resnick teamed up to provide dealers with the finest selection of products as well as the most effective training, development, and sales systems available. Since then, Team Northland has grown into one of the largest providers in the midwest winning many industry awards in the process.

Co-Founder

John was a top performer for over 12 years with a large national F&I provider. In 2004, John co-founded the agency, which continues to attain the award-winning achievements John has established throughout the years.

Adam Resnick

Co-Founder

Adam has worked as an automotive Salesperson, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Director, and General Agent. Adam is also a pioneer of menu selling software.

Mike Newton

Account Executive

Mike started as a lube tech and advanced through the dealership ranks holding positions in both the fixed and variable operations spending his last six years as General Manager. With a passion for training and mentoring Mike is excited to help in any department.

Aaron comes to Team Northland with vast knowledge in all automotive departments as a top performing Finance Director, Service Director, and General Manager. Whatever your need Aaron can help.

Saydi started in the industry as a cashier and worked her way up to become a service department Team Leader. She is eager to utilize her skills in assisting our dealership partners.
